There are 4 Steps to applying. Choose the type of booth space, then add optional chairs, tents, and tables available to make your setup easy.
**Food & Beverage vendors will be placed in the appropriate activation areas as space permits**
Vend Outdoors
We will have available vending space in the heart of the action! Vendor booths will be located at Jesse West, as well as along Mission Street by the Westfield.

Step 1
Choose the Type of Booth
Apply to sell food and drinks at Be Free on June 13, 2025
Choose between a 8’x6’ or 10’x10’ booth space. Chairs, tents, and tables add-ons available for rental separately.
Food booth (not cooking) includes 10x10 booth space.
Food booth (cooking) includes 10x10 booth space + additional space for uncovered cooking area.
Table and chair rental sold separately.
All food vendors must use a tent during the duration of the event. Food vendors have the choice to bring their own or rent a tent.
All Food Vendors
$75 Booth Fee + $50 Security Deposit = Total Price $125. Please see drop down-menu options for booth add-ons.
$50 refundable Security Deposit against 10% of Sales. If you make no sales, we'll refund the $50 Security Deposit at the end of the night.
We charge a 10% Revenue Share (your sales before taxes) to keep the event economically viable and pass on the savings to you as a lower Booth Fee. 10% of your Revenue is due at the end of the night.
Booth Fee & Security Deposit must be processed upon applying to the event.
If you're not accepted, we will refund your Booth Fee & Security Deposit before the 10th day of the month of the event.

Add A Tent
Need to rent a tent during your time vending at Be Free? Tents are available for rental at limited quantities. This option is great for food vendors are not bringing their own tent. Book your rental now!

Add Table Rentals
Need to rent a table during your time vending at Be Free? Tables are available for rental at limited quantities. Book your rental now!
Step 4
Add Chairs
Need to rent a chair during your time vending at Be Free? Chairs are available for rental at limited quantities. Book your rental now!
Now The Fine Print…
Vendor Rules
All vendors must use Square, Paypal, or other POS system that can provide a daily sales report.
Cash sales must be entered into Square, Paypal, or other POS system
Commit to setting up your booth a few hours prior to the event based on our team’s load-in schedule.
Commit to staffing your booth from 5p - 10p
Vendors may be penalized for leaving early.
Help promote our event via your social media pages and email blasts.
Check-out with Be Free staff at the end of the event
Leave no trash at the venue
Do not damage our venue
Pricing Breakdown
